If you order a large hot chocolate from Lydia you can bet it will be the best because they are her favourite drinks to make, with lots of froth and real chocolate sprinkles.

Margaretta can be found in the kitchen helping the cooks and washing up

Margaretta can often be found doing her favourite job which is making sandwiches and paninis.

She loves living in South Molton because it’s a great little town with independent shops and it’s full of nice locals and visitors.

Tracey is a longtime member of Zest’s daytime serving team.
Food: Her favourite thing to eat on the Zest menu is a cheese sandwich, just as it is on the menu but with the addition of red onion. In the evening she likes to share a beer drinkers platter with her husband, although she will probably be drinking the white rioja, not beer!
Zest Talent: She loves making flat white coffees. #LoveSouthMolton: Tracey has always lived in South Molton and she likes the feel of it with its lovely local shops, which she likes to support.

About:
Vicki is a long time member of Team Zest and can mostly be found serving during the day. She also does all sorts of important office and admin jobs and generally keeps Zest going.
Food: Her favourite thing on the Zest menu is the bacon, egg, tomato and lettuce sandwich.
Zest Talent: She loves making hot drinks but also likes to help out in the kitchen for a change. #LoveSouthMolton: South Molton is her home town, so that’s why she loves it.
